Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp walnut vinegar
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp bell pepper(s), diced
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- some paprika powder or chili, n. B.
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber and finely slice. Arrange it flat on the plates in a flake-like pattern and drizzle with walnut vinegar and oil, and season with salt and pepper. For the topping, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Spread a large dollop or many small dollops of topping over the cucumbers and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and chives. If desired, sprinkle with a little paprika or chili powder.
