Cucumber cream soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of fresh herbs, as desired and in season
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 50 ml white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Peel and slice the cucumbers. Fry the onions in hot oil until translucent, then add the cucumber slices. Then, deglaze with white wine. Remove the pan from the heat and blend everything. Bring back to a boil and season with herbs. Finally, add the yogurt. Serve hot.
