Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark, 20% fat
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp herbs (garden)
- 1 tsp salt, a little less if necessary
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash half a cucumber and then dice it very finely, then press the garlic clove. Mix all ingredients well and let it sit for about 20 minutes. The quark tastes great as a side dish to rice dishes or with barbecue. It’s also highly recommended with French fries. It also tastes great if you finely dice half a bell pepper and mix it in.
