Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 mixed herbs (7-herb, frozen)
- 600 g natural yogurt
- some pepper
- some broth, granulated
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with baked, fried, foil or jacket potatoes
Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon (otherwise it will be too runny). Then grate it, add the herbs, and season to taste. Delicious with all kinds of potatoes and for grilling – a fresh change in the summer and a quick and delicious recipe. My kids love it.
