Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super quick, easy and delicious

Wash the spring onions thoroughly and slice them into thin rings. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Season with pepper (no salt, as the salmon is seasoned enough). Add the crème fraîche and sour cream. Mix and let stand until ready to serve. Tips: I’ve also used chives instead of spring onions. I’ve also added tortellini and once cooked spaghetti, making a delicious salad. Eat cold or lukewarm.
