Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 cup of yogurt or quark
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the cucumber, cut it into small cubes, and place it in a bowl. Add the yogurt or quark. Finely chop the garlic and add it as well. Season with salt.
