Cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel and slice the cucumbers. Season well with salt and let stand for about 20 minutes, then squeeze the liquid well. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the dill. Combine the cream with the oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, and dill and stir into the cucumbers. Let stand for another 5-10 minutes.
