Cucumber salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • n. B. salt and pepper, black
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 10 g dill, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grate the cucumbers and toss with a little salt, then let stand for 30 minutes. Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Add the finely diced onions. Squeeze the cucumbers and add them to the dressing. Season again with salt, pepper, and dill. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
