Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 tsp hazelnuts, chopped
- 6 tbsp whipped cream
- ½ bunch of dill
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash, quarter, core, and slice the apples. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Wash the cucumber and slice it as well. Mix the apple slices with the cucumber slices and fold in the hazelnuts. Whisk the cream a little and season with salt and pepper. Wash, trim, and tear the dill. Add all but a few leaves of the dill to the salad dressing and toss the dressing with the salad. Arrange the salad in a glass bowl and garnish with the reserved dill.
