Ingredients for 30 servings:

  • 200 g butter, ice-cold, in pieces
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • Salt
  • 370 g flour
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 g cream cheese, soft
  • 120 ml cream
  • 240 g chocolate, white, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 days 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 days 2 hours 10 minutes

Place the first nine ingredients in a food processor and process into a dough. Knead again with your hands and chill for 50 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out 7 cm long sticks. Place the sticks on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Let cool slightly in the oven. Beat the butter and cream cheese until creamy. Bring the cream to a boil briefly, add the white chocolate, and stir with the heat off until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and let cool. Dip the sticks in the white chocolate and let them harden in a cool, dry place.
