Cucumber salad with corn and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice the cucumber and mozzarella and mix with the corn. For the dressing, combine the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, water, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve.
