Cucumber salad with cream and dill sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 cups of sweet cream, approx. 200 ml each
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice or juice of 1 lime
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • ½ cup sour cream, approx. 100 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, thoroughly wash and peel the cucumber. If you want to eat the skin, you can do so, as long as the cucumbers haven’t been treated with pesticides. Pour the cream and sour cream into a bowl and add the sugar and other spices. Squeeze the lemon or lime and add the juice to the cream, then mix everything well. Finely chop the dill and add about a tablespoon of it to the dressing. Slice the cucumber and serve everything together in a salad bowl. Super delicious at a summer barbecue.
