Cucumber salad with dill

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, combine the sugar with a pinch each of salt and pepper. Add the vinegar and oil and mix well. Dice the onion and add it to the bowl. Then finely chop a few sprigs of dill, add it to the cream, and mix well. Slice the cucumber and toss with the dressing.
