Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 tbsp cream or Cremefine
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thinly slice the cucumber and finely chop the onion. Combine the cream, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and dill, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad dressing with the cucumber slices and chopped onion.
