Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, high quality
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Gomasio
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wash and grate the cucumber. Finely chop the onion. Combine the onion with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Combine the dressing and cucumbers in a bowl. Let it sit for one hour and serve.
