Cucumber salad with lemon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the peeled cucumber. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Drain the cucumber water. Add the sour cream and the juice of half or a small lemon, and finally season with salt and pepper. It makes a delicious side dish, for example, for mashed potatoes with scrambled eggs.
