Cucumber salad with sour cream and dill dressing and apple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 apple, red
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 150 g sour cream
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (less if needed)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Light salad with grilled food

Wash the cucumber, halve lengthwise, and core it. Wash, quarter, and core the apple. Slice the cucumber and cut the apple into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel, wash, and finely slice the spring onions. Mix the sour cream with the apple juice, chopped dill, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing, let it stand for a while, and season to taste before serving. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
