Cucumber salad with sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • lemon juice
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cucumber, peel if desired, and grate it. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with a little lemon juice, add the sour cream and dill, and season. Stir until the dressing reaches a creamy consistency, then season to taste. It’s perfect in the summer with grilled meat or simply with potatoes.
