Cucumber salad with spring onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice or herbal vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cucumber and slice it. Trim the spring onions and finely slice them. Place both in a bowl and add the cream and lemon juice or herb vinegar. Add the dill and season with salt and pepper. Let it stand for a while. Provençal herbs can also be added instead of the dill.
