Cucumber snack with cottage cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 15 g chia seeds or flax seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Peppers in pieces, olive halves or similar for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and dry the cucumber, then cut it into even slices, peeling it on. Arrange on a plate and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle with chia seeds and garnish with olives and paprika. You could also add cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, or similar.
