Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly spice mix (tomato seasoning salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely dice the cucumber. Then mix with quark, sour cream, and all other ingredients. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, tomato seasoning salt (optional), and horseradish. Refrigerate until ready to serve. It’s a great accompaniment to baguette or bread.
