Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • e.g. olive oil or natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the feta cheese and cream cheese with a fork. Then add the garlic cloves and paprika. Transfer to a tall container and stir with a whisk, adding olive oil, until creamy. This is delicious with warm bread or grilled meat. Tip: For those on a tighter diet, use low-fat feta cheese and cream cheese, and substitute natural yogurt for olive oil – this will make the mixture a bit more runny, but it’s just as delicious.
