Cucumber, tomato, and pepper salad with sour milk dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ large red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g sour milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • n. B. sugar
  • n. B. herbs
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and dice the cucumber. Wash, halve, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Wash, stem, and dice the tomatoes. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Mix the vegetables and fold in the dressing. Place on a plate or in a bowl and serve.
