Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g plums
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 100 g peach(s) (vineyard peach)
  • 300 g sour milk
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Wash, halve, and pit the peaches. Blend the fruit with the sour cream and season with lemon juice and sugar or agave syrup. Pour into glasses and serve.
