Cucumber-tomato-pepper salad with sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized cucumber(s), peeled, pitted, approx. 450 g
  • 3 tomatoes (150 g each), peeled, pitted, cut into strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s), skinned, pitted, diced
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tsp, levelled white pepper, finely ground
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick and easy to prepare

Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and dill, pat dry, and prepare as described in the ingredients list. Place in a bowl and set aside for a moment. Combine the sour cream and the remaining ingredients in a blender and whisk to combine. Season with salt. Toss the salad with the sour cream dressing and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
