Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 medium-sized cucumber(s), peeled, pitted, approx. 450 g
- 3 tomatoes (150 g each), peeled, pitted, cut into strips
- 1 small red bell pepper(s), skinned, pitted, diced
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp honey, liquid
- 1 tsp, levelled white pepper, finely ground
- n. B. Salt

quick and easy to prepare
Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and dill, pat dry, and prepare as described in the ingredients list. Place in a bowl and set aside for a moment. Combine the sour cream and the remaining ingredients in a blender and whisk to combine. Season with salt. Toss the salad with the sour cream dressing and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
