Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s), peeled
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 3 tsp mint, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Halve the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Then coarsely grate the cucumber, season with salt, and let it sit for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain the liquid. Then simply stir in the natural yogurt and mint. This sauce is served with various curries in India.
