Cups – Buttermilk Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • Almond(s), flakes
  • Sugar
  • 100 ml cream, liquid
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

the normal coffee cup serves as a measuring cup

Whisk together flour, buttermilk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to form a smooth batter. Pour onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the coconut flakes, almonds, and sugar over the batter. Bake at 190°C (170°C fan-assisted oven) for about 20 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and drizzle with the cream while it’s still hot.
