Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g nougat
  • Dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sift the flour and make a well. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, hazelnuts, baking powder, egg, and small pieces of butter to the well. Quickly knead everything together and chill the dough. Roll out the dough and cut out small circles using a shot glass. Bake the circles in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes. Melt the nougat mixture. Spread the mixture on the bottoms of half of the cooled circles and place the other circles on top. Dip half of the mixture into melted chocolate.
