Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g marzipan, grated
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 80 g walnuts, chopped
  • 250 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese 20%)
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 170 g butter
  • 3 tbsp rum
  • 125 ml cream
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • powdered sugar

very juicy and not too sweet

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Cream together softened butter with sugar, marzipan, and egg yolks. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and the remaining ingredients, and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the batter into a well-greased and sugared prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 45-50 minutes (use a toothpick to test for frosting). Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar.
