Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ packs of ladyfingers
  • 2 cups low-fat quark
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 100 g sugar
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • some rum (or amaretto)
  • 150 g berries, to taste (also frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together the sugar, vanilla sugar, curd cheese, and lemon juice until creamy. Dissolve the softened, squeezed-out gelatin in a little warm milk and stir in. Stir in the whipped cream and berries. Line a loaf pan with baking paper, layering the cream alternately with the ladyfingers soaked in milk and rum. Top with the cream. Chill for 3-4 hours. Turn out of the pan and decorate as desired. Good luck! If children are eating with you, simply omit the rum!
