Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 5 tbsp mascarpone
  • ⅛ liter Baileys Irish Cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very sinful but delicious!!

Whip the cream and mascarpone until creamy, then gradually stir in the liqueur. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler or microwave. Spoon the cream into serving glasses, pour the melted chocolate over the top, and fold it in loosely with a teaspoon. Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
