Currant Muffin

The perfect currant muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Red currants fresh
  • 220 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 80 ml Sunflower oil
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Pick the currants from the panicles and sweeten them with the vanilla sugar.
  2. Now stir all the ingredients together, it must be a dough that does not fall easily. Add the berries and carefully fold in.
  3. Now put the dough in muffin molds and bake for 35 minutes at 150 degrees.
  4. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
  5. Add a cup and the world is all right
