Currant Muffin
The perfect currant muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Red currants fresh
- 220 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 Free range eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 80 ml Sunflower oil
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- Pick the currants from the panicles and sweeten them with the vanilla sugar.
- Now stir all the ingredients together, it must be a dough that does not fall easily. Add the berries and carefully fold in.
- Now put the dough in muffin molds and bake for 35 minutes at 150 degrees.
- Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
- Add a cup and the world is all right
