Mixed Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Chicken Breast

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Lettuce hearts
  • 9 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 15 slices Cooked chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Balsamic cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix oil, water, lemon, salt, pepper and sugar in a salad bowl.
  • Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir it into the dressing.
  • Clean the peppers and dice.
  • Wash tomatoes and cut in half.
  • Cut the cucumber into slices or cubes.
  • Put some leaves from the lettuce hearts aside, and pick the others apart.
  • Arrange the set aside lettuce leaves on plates, place the chicken breast slices all around
  • Mix the rest of the vegetables with the dressing, arrange in the center of the plate, sprinkle with balsamic cream and serve.
