Currant Muffins Daniela
The perfect currant muffins daniela recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Red currants, carefully weighed
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Tl Baking powder
- 0,5 Tl Baking soda
- 1 Tl Lemon juice, I only had limes
- 1 Egg, free range
- 120 g Sugar
- 80 ml Neutral oil
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda.
- Then mix all the other ingredients – not yet currants – together and stir with the machine.
- Finally fold in the currants. Then put in muffin tins. Fill them only 2/3 full and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Chopstick sample!
