Curry Chicken Out of Oven

The perfect curry chicken out of oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 Zucchini fresh
  • 1 Can Canned tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  1. Mix the oil and curry powder. Cut the chicken breast fillets into 3 equal pieces, mix in a bowl with the curry oil and marinate for 5 minutes.
  1. Halve the onion and cut into strips. Clean the zucchini and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices.
  1. Heat a large ovenproof pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces in it for 1/2 minute on each side until light brown. Put on a plate. Put onions and zucchini in the hot pan and fry all over for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes, heat, season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Add the chicken pieces. Cook on the rest in the hot oven at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 15-20 minutes (convection is not good at all). With a delicious baguette
