Tiramisu (Angelina Heger)
The perfect tiramisu (angelina heger) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Cake base sponge cake
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 75 g Sugar
- 300 ml Espresso
- 150 ml Milk
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Unsweetened cocoa
- Adjust the dark cake base to the desired shape and sprinkle with espresso (can be a little more, just don’t pour over it).
- Then separate the eggs and make sure that the egg white does not mix with the egg yolk. Put the mascarpone cream, sugar and 4 egg yolks in a bowl and stir. In another bowl, beat the egg whites into egg whites and then fold into the mascarpone-egg yolk-sugar mixture.
- Finally, alternately stack the mascarpone mixture with the drizzled cake base in layers. Before serving, spread the cocoa generously over the dish / sieve.
