Tiramisu (Angelina Heger)

  • 2 Pc. Cake base sponge cake
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Espresso
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Unsweetened cocoa
  1. Adjust the dark cake base to the desired shape and sprinkle with espresso (can be a little more, just don’t pour over it).
  2. Then separate the eggs and make sure that the egg white does not mix with the egg yolk. Put the mascarpone cream, sugar and 4 egg yolks in a bowl and stir. In another bowl, beat the egg whites into egg whites and then fold into the mascarpone-egg yolk-sugar mixture.
