Semolina Pancakes Alla Mama

The perfect semolina pancakes alla mama recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 125 g Semolina
  • 3 Free range eggs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  1. Bring the milk to the boil, then stir in the semolina and bring to the boil again while stirring, then remove from the hob and allow to cool.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Then fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil and cut into pieces.
  3. Finally, you can add some powdered sugar, syrup or normal sugar on top if it’s not sweet enough.
