Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g chicken, cooked and diced
  • 3 tbsp onion(s), chopped
  • 3 tbsp celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 24 WanTan dough sheets
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • 1 liter of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the cooked chicken with the onions and celery. Stir in the curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly. Place about 3/4 tablespoon of this filling in the center of each wonton. Brush the edges with egg. Fold the wontons into triangles and press the edges together. Heat the oil to 190 degrees Celsius. Deep-fry the wontons in the oil until golden brown. Serve while still hot with a spicy sauce of your choice.
