Chinese puff pastry parcels

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 jar sprouts (mung bean sprouts)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the spring onions and ground beef in a little olive oil. Add the mung bean sprouts and fry vigorously again. Cut small squares from the puff pastry, cover with the ground beef filling, and fold them together. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
