Curry – Chili – Spaghetti with Shrimp

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 1 cup of brunch paprika pepper
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g shrimp(s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 chili peppers, dried, if desired
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

alternatively with chicken breast fillet

Sear the prawns in a pan, season with pepper and salt. If you like it spicy, you can also sear the prawns with dried chilies. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water. After searing the prawns, add the cup of brunch and let it melt in the pan. To prevent the sauce from becoming too thick, add the vegetable stock, stir, and bring to a boil. Finally, stir in the curry powder (use high-quality curry powder if possible, e.g., straight from a Chinese store; it will taste better). Serve the sauce with the spaghetti. If you don’t like prawns, you can also use chicken breast fillet.
