Curry crispy baguette

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) – roll
  • 2 tsp butter
  • e.g. curry powder
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 5 tsp cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the baguette rolls into 5 slices. Slice the onion half into thin rings. Heat the butter in a pan with the curry powder. Add the baguette slices and fry until crispy. When they are a nice golden brown, turn them over, then add the onion rings to the pan and fry. When the slices and onions are nice and crispy, remove them from the pan. Place them on a plate and top each slice with a teaspoon of cream cheese and a few onion rings. Sprinkle with a little curry powder and serve. It makes a great party snack; it’s quick and easy! You can also serve the baguette slices as an appetizer. Tip: If you don’t like your baguette slices too dark, toast them very slowly.
