Curry egg salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs, boiled
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 2 gherkins
  • Sausage (Mortadella)
  • Cucumber juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the eggs lengthwise twice and dice them. Cut the mortadella into strips, add the diced gherkins, salt, pepper, and curry powder, and mix everything with mayonnaise. Finally, add a little gherkin juice.
