Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g broccoli
- 200 g feta cheese (cubes; in oil, drained weight)
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain. Drain the feta cubes, reserving the oil and spreading them in the quiche dish. Top with the broccoli. Mix the eggs, cream, milk, pepper, and salt and pour over the broccoli. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 30 minutes, until the surface is golden brown. Serve with a mixed salad.
