Curry fish with dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g frozen fish fillet(s), e.g. cod or salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp curry powder or curry paste
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 leek(s)
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thaw the frozen fish fillets slightly, cut into bite-sized cubes, and lightly fry in a pan with the curry (amount to taste) and a little oil. Add the sliced ​​potatoes and leek, along with the salt, deglaze with water, and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Finally, stir in the chopped dill.
