Instructions

Cut the smoked pork ripples or leftover smoked pork into cubes, peel and core the apples, and also dice them. Finely dice the onion and sauté in the hot butter until translucent. Add the curry to taste and sauté while stirring. The curry develops its full flavor in the heat! Dust with 2 tablespoons of flour and add 1/4 liter of water while stirring. Mix everything until a smooth sauce forms. Top with the cream and heat the smoked pork cubes over low heat until hot. Finally, add the apple cubes and heat until just hot; do not boil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
