Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (horn pasta)
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 200 g meat sausage
- 100 g cheese (butter cheese)
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 100 g Miracle Whip
- 100 g yogurt
- 6 tbsp cucumber juice (jar)
- some salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple but delicious
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the peas. Drain, refresh briefly, and let drain well. Cut the bologna and butter cheese into short, approximately 1 cm wide strips. Mix with the pasta. Drain the mandarin oranges well. In a bowl, combine the Miracle Whip and yogurt with the cucumber juice. Carefully toss the pasta mixture and mandarin oranges with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for 15 minutes.
