Curry noodle salad with leek

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 small jar of mango chutney, spicy
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce (with pineapple pieces)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool in a bowl. Trim and finely dice the red and green bell peppers. Trim and finely dice the leek. Add the diced bell peppers and leek to the noodles. Add the Miracle Whip and mango chutney. Now add the curry sauce and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the bowl for about 1 hour until ready to serve. Tip: If you don’t have curry sauce, you can use curry powder instead.
