Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g tomatoes, pureed
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • some broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Then peel, deseed, and dice. Peel the onion and garlic and also dice them. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ham cubes. Add the onion and garlic cubes and sauté until translucent. Then add the tomato cubes and the passata and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with chili powder, salt, pepper, and granulated stock. Serve with pasta.
