Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 servings of turkey breast
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 125 ml vegetable stock, dissolved
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 tbsp curry powder, or more as desired
- Pepper, nB
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter

Rinse the turkey breast pieces and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the turkey breast, turning several times until golden brown. Meanwhile, trim and chop the bell peppers and mushrooms. When the turkey breast is golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside. Deglaze the frying fat with the broth, sour cream, and cream, seasoning well. Add the vegetables and turkey breast, and simmer for 20 minutes. This dish is delicious with rice and salad.
