Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s) (jalapeno)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • some mushrooms
  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brunch legère with herbs
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW – suitable

Cut the turkey cutlets into strips, season, and sauté in olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and chili. Slice the bell peppers and mushrooms and sauté them. Deglaze with the tomato sauce (or tomato paste and water). Simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the brunch. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or rice. Approx. 5 P per serving.
